Continuing her epic style streak, the singer was seen with A$AP Rocky this week after the Oscars wearing a striped Loewe polo. She tucked the polo shirt under to make it into a crop top to reveal her bump, and wore it with two Rihanna wardrobe essentials—baggy jeans and unlaced Timberland boots. True to form, she picked out plenty of jewels to wear for the off-duty outing, including a chain, several studs scattered on her lobes and a gargantuan statement earring.
Her bag was another talking-point: Rih carried a wavy box clutch from Virgil Abloh’s final fall 2022 menswear collection for Louis Vuitton, decorated with a blurred version of the house’s signature LV monogram.
Baggy jeans have long been a staple in Rihanna’s wardrobe, and they’ve since become a mainstay for multiple celebrities. Hailey Bieber is another avid fan of relaxed denim, and earlier this week she sported almost the very same outfit as Rih. They both styled the look with their own personal flair, as Hailey wore the striped Loewe polo shirt worn loose and paired with relaxed vintage Levi’s, a leather bomber jacket and polished Bottega Veneta mules. With two celebrity sightings in a week, this striped preppy basic is quickly reaching cult status.
