An incident at an Oakville home has prompted a heavy police presence.
Initial reports say Halton Regional Police are on the scene at Frontier Dr. in the Upper Middle Rd. and Fourth Line neighbourhood.
Reports indicate several police cruisers are in the area.
Halton Police confirm they are on site for an ongoing investigation but say the incident is contained to a single residence and there is no related threat to public safety.
