A Hamilton man was the sole winner of a football Pools ticket that netted him $245,692.60.

Edwin Mcaloney picked every game correctly on Pools card #66.

Pools tickets start at $5 and allow you to select who you think will win each matchup. The person or persons with the most correct picks win or share the prize pool.

The winning ticket was purchased at Sun Milk Convenience on Erie Ave. in Brantford.
