Brampton kids can get a head start on their Halloween candy haul at the Downtown Brampton BIA’s Spooktacular Saturday Trick or Treat.

Guests are invited to take part in the early festivities at Garden Square to collect a treat stop map, loot bag and decorations.

Parking for the event is free and available in all downtown municipal parking lots.

The Spooktacular Trick or Treat runs from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday (Oct. 29) at 1 Theatre Lane in downtown Brampton.

Looking for even more pre-Halloween fun this spooky season?

The City has been running weekly Halloween-themed Fright Night events at recreation and community centres across Brampton this month, and there are two more Fight Nights left on the calendar before the Halloween weekend.

This week’s events include a haunted forest and hay rides at the Professor’s Lake Recreation Centre on Friday (Oct. 28), and a haunted house and harvest maze at the Century Gardens Community Centre on Saturday (Oct. 29).

Each Fright Night has its own feature attractions, as well as food trucks, games and crafts, and plenty of family-friendly activities like face painting, balloon twisting and lots more to enjoy.

All Fright Night events run from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and admission is free with the donation of a non-perishable food item.
