A transport truck rollover that closed highway ramps at the Mississauga and Toronto border yesterday morning has resulted in charges.
A transport truck rolled on Hwy. 427 on the northbound ramp to Hwy. 409 around 10 a.m. on Oct. 20, according to 511Ontario. All lanes to the ramp were closed.
Fortunately, the driver sustained only minor injuries.
The truck blocked the ramps for several hours until crews could clear it away.
The Toronto OPP investigated and charged the driver with careless driving, the OPP said in a tweet on Oct. 21.
